Glamour Collection
The Glamour collection features the elegant cut-velvets Ropsha, Marinskii and Indulgence, tactile crushed velvet Rusca, printed and plain natural silks plus a wide width floaty sheer, Gatchina. The majestic large-scale damask silk Varese , and printed silks Tamara and Burlesque all hint at the Baroque style of 18th Century Russian Palaces which is where the inspiration for this collection originated. With a suggestion of the metallic, the plain weave Glitz is a multi-purpose fabric suitable for all interior uses. GLAMOUR is a fusion of sumptuous curtain fabrics and tactile upholstery designs, whether used individually or together is sure to create the "Wow" factor. Warwick Fabrics' Macrosuedes are highly sophisticated low pile, easy clean suedes woven from specialty 'microdenier' polyester fibres with high abrasion resistance and excellent cleaning characteristics, and now with Healthguard, for protection against dust mites, mould and bacteria. Each of these fibres is finer than one denier (the diameter of a silk worm thread) In the finished state they have a unique light absorption quality which provides the appearance of a natural suede. The expanded colour range is produced with premium quality, high energy textile dyes which are fully tested to international colourfastness standards.
Warwick Fabrics' Macrosuede repel liquid spills - try spilling a glass of water onto Macrosuede. The liquid spills simply 'bead' on the surface which is easily removed by blotting using a paper towel or colourfast cloth. Macrosuede is a woven suede which means it 'breathes' providing comfort all year round, keeping your winters cosy and summers refreshingly cool. Warwick Fabrics' Macrosuedes are engineered to resist scratches in a way that no natural leathers can match. Drag a corkscrew across the surface to mimic the effect of pet claws. While some marks may remain, the bulk of them can be rubbed or brushed away. This is simply not possible with leather of flock sueded products. Regular brushing with a stiff brush will help keep Warwick Macrosuedes looking as good as new. Tested for both 'heavy domestic' and 'heavy commercial' durability, Warwick Fabrics' Macrosuedes have already gained wide exposure in contract and commercial markets. Matteo is a wonderfully soft chenille, suitable for drapery and upholstery with a rub test of 40,000. Available in a wide spectrum of 35 colours, including the vibrant and vivid shades of fuchsia, lilac & flame plus the muted and delicate such as celery, moss and stone. The weft and warp are woven with differing shades, resulting in a plain with interest and added depth of colour. Matteo is conveniently presented in a small stacker book, is very well priced and stocked Crib 5 for Contract Upholstery. Warwick Fabrics collection of printed cottons and linens features 15 different gorgeous florals. We have carefully selected our most popular designs from the last 10 years and arranged them in this one fantastic collection. Print Folio is a fully updateable book, as new designs or colourways are developed these can be added. These timeless designs are ideal for curtains, blinds, cushions, indeed all interior applications as well as upholstery. We are delighted to announce the launch of our new and exciting SAVILE ROW Wools collection.
Savile Row is a designer collection offering a sophisticated, tailored look, building on the success of both the Bain-bridge wool plaid in the recently launched Wolseley Collection, and the popular appeal of our Amatheon plain wool. Wool, a fibre with natural FR tendencies has been used for hundreds of years woven as an apparel fabric. We have used clothing fashion as inspiration for Savile Row introducing a bold pin stripe (Savile) in a scale suitable for large format upholstery, matched with its win-dow pane check (Alderney). These designs are balanced by a contemporary multi stripe (Jasper). Building on the success of the plain wool Amatheon, we have introduced new colours, as well as adding another plain Tailor, and a luxurious wool and linen herringbone called Anderson. As a final touch, we have added a show-stopping, sophisticated large scale Paisley panel design, digitally printed on 100% wool in two colours. The handle of the Savile Row Wools is exceptional. The scratchiness often associated with wool has been removed by superior finishing leaving the cloth with a cashmere like softness yet hard-wearing at 90,000 Martindale rubs. This underpins the strengths of Savile Row: an eminently versatile collection, perfect for the sophisticated interior Design market, and suitable for all Contract environments.
