Moon Fabric

London Fabric Company showroom includes fabrics manufactured by Moon, which manufactures all woollen furnishing fabrics at their totally vertical plant in Guiseley, West Yorkshire; and wherefrom they control all the processes from dyeing and blending the raw wool fibres to spinning of the melange yarns, weaving and then finishing the fabrics. This combination of a flexible manufacturing plant and the creative flair within Moon's business comes together to produce very unique looking tweed woollen fabrics.

Moon currently has seven individual collections, Baronial, Melton Wools, Heather Wools, Archive Classic, Heritage, Natural And Antique, each range is carried in stock and consists of over 30 individual designs and colourways, all of which perform to either domestic or contract furnishing standards. London Fabric Company showcases all seven collections, including having chosen Moon fabric for walling one of its showroom walls.

Moon Fabric Advice: At our London Fabric shop our experienced staff can advise on appropriate Moon fabrics given your design and use choices over a cup of coffee. Additional times before and after normal working hours available by appointment whereby you can spend time choosing your fabric undisturbed. Moon fabric samples available to view.

Colour Disclaimer

Colour Accuracy Although at "London Fabric Company" we do our best to make sure that the colours printed on our web site are accurate, actual colours will vary. Fabric Backlighting

"Backlighting" happens when light filters in through translucent fabrics from behind. Our swatches don't show you the effect of backlighting, which can soften colours and highlight fabric textures.
